Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To maintain fairness and consistency for all clients and to support my work as a full-time instructor, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all lesson packages:

1.LESSON PACKAGES & PAYMENT PLANS

Lessons are now booked as part of prepaid packages, often with monthly payment plans spread over 3 months. When you commit to a package, you're reserving a set number of lesson times over a specific period. These time slots are held exclusively for you, and your payment plan reflects your commitment to those appointments.

2. RESCHEDULING & MISSED LESSONS

  • 48-Hour Notice: You may reschedule a lesson if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.

  • Less Than 48 Hours: Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of that lesson, and the lesson will not be refunded or credited.

  • No-Shows are considered forfeited lessons.

    3. COACH CANCELLATIONS

    If I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson (due to illness or emergency), I will provide you with a list of available makeup times within a reasonable timeframe. You may choose the most convenient option for your rescheduled lesson.

    4. VALIDITY & EXPIRATION

    Each lesson package has an expiration window, typically aligned with the payment plan schedule. For example, a 6-lesson package with a 3-month plan is expected to be completed within 3 months. Unused lessons that are not due to coach cancellation and that fall outside this window will be forfeited.

    5. REFUNDS

    Due to the nature of scheduling and limited availability, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued once a package begins. If extenuating circumstances arise, please reach out directly so we can discuss a fair resolution.
